In the summer of 2010, fueled by this vision, Simon founded his first small studio, INNOCEM. He began his journey to master concrete craftsmanship, experimenting tirelessly and exploring how to unlock the potential of this material. Through trial and error, Simon discovered that concrete could be treated in such a way that it exhibited a smooth, refined surface with rich, warm colors—almost like ceramic or glass. Concrete, traditionally known for its cold, gray appearance, could now exude elegance and texture, while still holding on to its inherent strength.

Simon’s design philosophy is to break away from the conventional. He believes that home decor is not just about function, but about blending emotion and aesthetics. Concrete, with its ruggedness and resilience, carries the marks of time, yet it can also be brought to life in ways never imagined before.
